Observation of Nimodipine Treatment of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage 70 Patients

Objective Nimodipine treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From January 2007 ～ June 2010 in General Hospital of Henan Yongmei Group for treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in 70 patients were randomly divided into control group and the nimodipine group,control group conventional treatment methods of dehydration and other symptomatic treatment,nimodipine group on the basis of conventional therapy plus intravenous infusion of nimodipine 8mg,1 times/day,qd for 3 days to oral nimodipine 30mg,3 times / day.Nimodipine treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage efficient.Results Nimodipine group neurological function after treatment,the total effective than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine is an effective treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage one of the drugs.
