Abstract

Objective To investigate the application of nimodipine in treating Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage. Methods 498in-patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.248 patients in the control received routine treatment, while 250 patients in the observation group was given nimodipine injection based on routine treatment. The therapeutic effectiveness of the two groups was compared. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 92.4%,which was higher than 82.6%of the control group(P0.05);The absorption of hemorrhage, edema and ESS were better in the observation group(P0.05);no obvious differences of adverse reaction were observed between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine injection in the treatment of patients with HCT has the advantages of remarkable effect and low incidence of adverse reaction, benefit for the absorption of hemorrhage and edema and the improvement of neurological function of patient, which should be widely applied in clinic.
