Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of heat through Chinese traditional medicine therapy for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 44 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n=22). Patients in treatment group were used the heat through therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, and the patients in control group were used treated with magnetic heat treatment, then to compare the effect of the two groups. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 90.91%, the control group was 63.64%, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Heat through Chinese traditional medicine therapy for knee osteoarthritis has good curative effect.
