Investigation and analysis of mental health of college freshmen

Mental health of college students has been increasingly noted.In order to understand the mental health status of freshmen in our school,and with a view to provide a theoretical basis and factual basis for the work about mental health education and psychological consultation,we use a mental health questionnaire to survey students of 2007,and use SPSS13.0 software to analyze statistical data.The result has showed that college freshmen have more mental health problems than the general population.Among them,8.8 percent of the freshmen have various obvious psychological problems.There is great difference between boys and girls,and between arts and science.
