Observation on the clinical curative effect of Repaglinide in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe the Repaglinide in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus clinical curative effect.Methods The hospital in 52 cases of diabetes was randomly divided into the treatment group of the Repaglinide alone medication group of 22 cases.The control group of Repaglinide and malformed combined medication group of 30 cases,the treatment group were treated with Repaglinide in 1.5 mg/d,control in the treatment group on the basis of 7.5 mg/d given malformed,Continuous treatment for 12 weeks,was compared between the two groups before and after treatment of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 hours postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPBG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc) and other changes.And recording of adverse drug reaction.Results The two groups before and after treatment,FBG,2 hPBG,Comparison of HbAlc decreased significantly in(P 0.05),with statistical significance.And not observed drugs have obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Repaglinide whether used alone or in combination,treatment of diabetes mellitus clinical curative effect and high safety,effective ideal.
