quality of university graduates includes some new concepts with abundant contents such as work income,work place,work environment,a job suited to one's special training,the satisfactory of work and so on.At present,employment quality of university graduates in our country mainly represents some new tendency,including the sustained decrease of the university graduates' income level,informal increase of employment,employment shifting from middle to small cities,even to the towns' developments.In order to raise the employment quality of university graduates,we should first improve the students Employment Power,then we should strengthen the employment preparation education of university graduates as well as attach an importance to the relations with the job market,and establish unimpeded channels for employment.
