Abstract

Objective To determine the content of Puerarin in Puerarin Eye Drops.Methods Puerarin was determined by the Second Order Derivative Spectrophotometry at the ware length of 249.5 nm.Results A good linear relationship in the range of 5.10~25.50μg/ml of Puerarin,the regression equation was D=1.255×10~(-4) C+1.4×10~(-4)(r=0.9981);the average recovery was 100.9% and RSD was 2.2%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for determination of Puerarin in Puerarin Eye Drops.
