Abstract
Aim To establish a method for the determination of puerarin in the granules of Yuye Xiaoke by HPLC.Methods A C18 column(diamonsil 250mm×4.6mm,5μm)with a solvent system of methanol-water(25∶ 75)was used at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min and a detection wavelength of 250nm.Results The linearity of puerarin was in the range of 0.066 ~0.66μg(r=0.999 7,n=6).The mean recovery was 97.30% with RSD of 1.57%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used to determine of puerarin in the granules of Yuye Xiaoke.
