Strengthen Teachers Training,Promote Teachers Construction

After the number of recruited students were enlarged in our college,teacher training has been facing some problems,including lack of theoretical instruction,unscientific management,low efficiency of training program,invariability of training items and shortage in amount and qualities of teacher training.So our college will carry out the reforms and explorations on the following aspects in the future: applying systematic theory to the teacher training,perfecting management,improving the traditional way and enhancing the amount and quality of teacher training.
