A New Probe into Teacher Training Pattern in Rural Areas

Defects in the present pre-post training of teachers include single pattern of talent cultivation,weakened vocational technical training and serious deruralization.Accordingly,on the basis of methodology of strengthening and reforming rural teacher training,the paper argues that a customized teacher training mechanism should be set up in teacher's colleges,teaching practice and aid education should be carried out,the curriculum system of teacher training should be restructured,and that technical certificate system be implemented for teachers.By doing so,the paper attempts to explore a path to reform teacher training with the aim of cultivating application-oriented talents and providing high-caliber teaching staff for basic education in rural areas.
