A Brief Talk of the Training Problem Existing in the Rural Teachers

At the 17th National Congress,the Party posed a strategic goal that we should strengthen the teacher staff and improve the quality of the rural teachers,which is the important guidelines promoting the balance development of compulsory education.At present,the teacher training colleges play an important role in rural teacher training.However,there exist some problems affecting the effectiveness of teachers’ training.To solve the problems,teacher training colleges should update the concept,change the training target,pay attention to the differences between teachers,integrate the training resources,improve the quality of trainers,build the subject-orientated teaching models and improve the management system.
