Abstract

Objective To study the early electrocardiogram of pulmonary embolism patients and discuss the clinical characteristics and diagnosis points of pulmonary embolism electrocardiogram, improved the diagnosis precision in the clinical diagnosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 53 patients which were diagnosed as pulmonary embolism in author’s hospital from January 2008 to December 2009, all patients were took clinical data for statistical analysis, had the electrocardiogram test and observed the electrocardiogram characteristics of patients. Results The electrical diagram of 52 patients with pulmonary embolism appeared electrocardiographic abnormality, 32 patients appeared the supraventricular tachycardia, the main shows were atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, etc. Another 8 patients appeared atrial premature beats, the T wave Inverted depth of 12 cases of V 1~3 was greater than V 4 ,there were 22 cases appeared T wave Inverted depth of V 1 and Ⅲ , there were 8 cases appeared right bundle branch block/immaturity right bundle branch block, there were 16 cases appeared clockwise to inversion, there were 6 appeared P-pulmonale. Conclusion through the pulmonary embolism patients electrocardiogram detection, can better understand the condition of patients, so it is convenient to the clinical treatment for patients, and have a great significance to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with pulmonary embolism.
