Abstract
Objective:To discuss electrocardiographic(ECG) changes in acute pulmonary embolism Commplicated by fractures and the clinical significance.Methods:ECG characteristics were analyzed before and after treatment in 25 patients with acute pulmonary embolism for owing fractures.Result:The parameters such as SIQⅢTⅢ,sinus tachycardia,R amplitude in Lead aVR,clockwise rotation,right axis deviation(+90°),Low voltage,and premature beats improved significantly after treatment(P0.05).Three patients died during hospitalization with one sudden cardiac death.Conclusion:Combining with symptoms such as dyspnoea,chest pain,and cough.nonspecific ECG changes are of important Values In diagnosing acute pulmonary embolism in patients with fractures.
