Abstract
Objective:To study the characteristics and role of ECG in the diagnosis pulmonary embolism.Methods:Retrospective analysis of ECG changes in admission and after treatment was made in 30 patients with acute pulmonary embolism from 2000 to 2007.Results:ECG changes were found in 93.3% of the above patients.The changes of sinus tachycardia was 36.7%,premature beating was 60.0%,atrial fibrillation was 13.3%,P pulmonale was 20.0%,the SⅠQⅢTⅢ syndrome was 26.7%,completely right Bundle branch block(crBBB) was 36.7%,incompletely right Bundle branch block(irBBB) was 16.7%.Conclusion:Analysis of ECG in patients are valuable in diagnosing acute pulmonary embolism.
