The tissue culture method of Lanzhou Lily

Abstract
The optimal culture mediums were obtained by tissue culture method from Induction of bud,culture of multiplication and culture of root of taking Lanzhou Lily as a exophyte.They were:(1) the culture medium of bud induction: MS+BA 0.6 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+agar 7.3 g/L+sucrose 30 g/L,pH 5.8.(2) the culture medium of multiplication: MS+BA 0.8 mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L+agar 7.3 g/L+sucrose 30 g/L,pH 5.8.(3) the culture medium of rooting culture: MS+BA 0.05 mg/L+NAA 0.8 mg/L+agar 7.3 g/L+sucrose 30 g/L,pH 5.8.Compared with existing ones,the multiplication rate of the former two ones were faster 15 days,the third culture medium was faster 2 days.
