On the Perfection of China's Legal Aid System

Abstract

It is a necessity to construct and perfect china legal aid system in the process of constructing a socialism harmonious society.There is an initial basic framework of modern legal aid system in China,but no perfect modern legal aid system has been constructed.This paper mainly discusses the current situation and problems of the system and puts forward some concrete countermeasures.
