An Empirical Study on Difficulties and Countermeasures of Basic Level Legal Aid: Pingxiang as an Example

There are various serious problems that maybe destroy the aid system.This paper analyzes the problems and find some possible ways such as regulate aid departments and give them more monitoringto protect this system.These measure will make courts response quickly to people's legal requirement and improve the quality of legal aid.Finally,it concludes that these measures would make the legal aid system fuction properly.
