Abstract

Recently,medical disputes have been emerging in large quantity in medical institution and social life.How to handle the medical disputes appropriately turns out to be a legal subject as well as a social issue.By interpreting the difficulties of China's medical disputes,this article,based on analyzing problems,is intended to make some legal measures on how to extricate from a difficult position.
