Abstract
An analysis of the present inability of medical institutions in resolving medical disputes.Medical institutions, as an open target for such disputes, have displayed a weakened function in the mechanism of medical disputes resolution, diverting countless such disputes to add to social contradictions. This is in no way in line with the basic requirements of building a harmonious society,and thus in need of review and reform. In our view, it is important to highlight and emphasize the role and responsibility of medical institutions in resolving medical disputes.
