Abstract

During the Qin and Han dynasties,Hetao region was the focus of military fights between Han nationality and Xunnu.After it was taken over by the central dynasty,it became the new economic development zone.It had been the base of Han military army and the corridor of national association.It is helpful to realize the military history,national history,economic and cultural history in the Qin and Han dynasties when the historical and cultural position of Hetao region at that time is studied.
