Influence of Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance in Hypertensive Patients

Abstract

objective To study the influence of treatment compliance on hypertension. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups: 60 patients received nursing intervention as experiment group, and the remaining 60 patients as control group. All the patients received a questionnaire interview six months later. Results The difference of treatment compliance was significant between the two groups. Conclusion Nursing intervention can increase the rate of treatment compliance of patients and thus improve therapeutic outcomes.
