Abstract

Objective To investigate the serum levels of total bile acid (TBA),cholesterol (CHO) relationship between measured and liver function. Methods The detection of 80 cases of liver cirrhosis patients and healthy relationship between functional class. Results Liver cirrhosis serum CHO level lower than the control group(P0.05);while TBA was significantly higher(P0.05);in CHO cirrhosis group the lowest level in C,with A-and B-class comparison There was significant difference(P0.05);TBA in the A-,B-and C-class was significant difference(P0.05),with the Child Pugh classification of liver function increased and increased.Serum TBA in early cirrhosis was higher than that of other liver function (P0.05).Conclusion TBA,CHO can sensitively reflect the progress of liver cirrhosis.
