Adapt to the Specialization Requirements of Teachers’ Education,Deepen the Education Reform in Teachers’ Colleges

The traditional education in teachers’ colleges is in system a pre-education before working, and has no virtual relations with the post-work education. Its Theories in education is divorced from the reality in fundamental education, and its cultivation pattern highlights three centers, namely, centering around subject knowledge, around class teaching, and around teachers. According to the specialization requirements, the paper puts forward how to improve education reform in teachers’ colleges, namely, to orient scientifically the cultivating aims, to establish the subject structure comprehensively and the major pluralistically, to stress education creation to realize pluralistic teaching methods, and to implement the idea of life-long education to integrate the cultivation and training of teachers-to-be.
