Abstract
To establish a RPTLC new method for measuring paeonol,paeoniflorin and benzoic acid in Paeonia lactiflora.Using plants of RP-C 18 F 254S ,the tetrahydrofuran/water 46/54(contained 0 1%TBABr)and developed distance as 4 5 cm for separated three components in the sample by RPTLC.And determine the three components in Paeonia lactiflora by scanning.The results showed that the method was simple,accurate and good reproducible.
