Effect observation on treating 84 cases of poisoning vomiting with the Xuanfu Daizhe decoction

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of Xuanfu Daizhe decoction on treating poisoning vomiting. Methods: 84 cases were randomly and equally divided into two groups. The control group was given Weifu’an and omeprazole. The treated group was given the Xuanfu Daizhe decoction for 7 days. Results: The cure rate of 3-day of the observation group was higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant. The difference between the cure rate of 7-day of the two groups wasn’t statistically significant. Conclusion: The Xuanfu Daizhe decoction is effective on treating vomiting from poisoning and worthy of clinical application.
