Abstract

Objective To assess the clinical value of serum high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP) detected in coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The hs-CRP in CHD patients(n=82) and normal control(n=78) was detected with transmission immunoturbidimetry(ITM).All patients were clinical diagnosis. Results The concentrations of hs-CRP in CHD patients are all higher than the control(P0.01),There were also significantly different among the sub groups of patients(P0.01).Conclusion The detection of serum hs-CRP has predictive value for the occurrence, development and prognosis of CHD.
