Liang Qichao's Educational Viewpoint in "Transition Time"

Liang Qichao considers the beginning of the 20th century as a transition time,when the development of education should be given the priority.He holds that whatever from ancient China and from abroad suits the present situation must be adopted.Another point of view of his is that the transition time perturbs Chinese intellectuals and that sense of optimism and caution is needed.
