On Liang Qichao's Opinion About "the Mass"

Abstract
Liang Qichao is a famous thinker and political activist in the late Qing Dynasty,and his thinking has a profound effect on the development of China's history.However the current opinions held by researchers differ in Liang's political thinking about the relation between individual right and collective benefit.A further research into this issue will do good to our understanding of Liang Qichao and the development of history in the late QIng Dynasty.
