Abstract
Objective:To investigate the flupentixol melitracen(Deanxit) in the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease(RGERD) patients.Methods:esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablet in treatment of GERD patients with poor results in 48 cases,and randomly divided into treatment and control group,treatment group flupentixol melitracen in the control group diazepam be carried out randomized controlled study comparing the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The use of antidepressants total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:flupentixol melitracen treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease have a certain effect.
