Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of flupentixol melitracen combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(NERD).METHODS:84 cases of NERD collected from a hospital during Jan.2009-Jun.2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group accepted flupentixol melitracen combined with esomeprazole, and control group received esomeprazole.Therapeutic efficacy and adverse drug reaction were compared between 2 groups.RESULTS:After treatment, heartburn, pectoralgia and sour regurgitation were improved;there was statistical significance(P0.05).The effective rate of observation group was 90.5%(38/42),and that of control group was 54.8%(23/42);there was statistical significance(P0.05).The incidence of ADR was 2.4% in observation group(1/42)and 11.9% in control group(5/42);there was no statistical significance(P0.05).The follow-up period lasted for 6 months-18 months. The recurrent rate of observation group was 9.5%(4/42)and that of control group was 31.0%(13/42);there was statistical significance(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Combined treatment of flupentixol melitracen and esomeprazole can intervene in the quality of life and mental psychological abnormality in NERD patients through psycho-mental factors, improve therapeutic efficacy and reduce recurrence. It helps clinical physicians intervene in NERD,which deserves further attention.
