Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical value of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with esomeprazole and itopride in treatment of refractory non-erosive reflux disease(NERD).Methods: 84 patients of non-erosive reflux disease had no obvious symptomatic improvement in the use of conventional sulfuric acid treatment were observed randomly. The treatment group were given esomeprazole, itopride, flupentixol and melitracen tablets oral and the control group were given esomeprazole, itopride oral.Efficiency of symptom improvement were statistically analyzed. Results: The two groups were valid for symptom improvement, while the effective rate of treatwent group was higher than the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups had no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion: Esomeprazole, itopride are significantly effective in treatment of refractory non-erosive reflux disease, while the effect of joint flupentixol and melitracen tablets group is more precise,is worthy of promoting in clinical practice.
