Determination of icariin in shenronge bushenzhuyangkeli by HPLC

Abstract

Objective To establish a method for determinaion of Icariin in Shenronge Bushenzhuyangkeli by hplc in more perfect quality.Methods The SinoChrom ODS-BP column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used,and the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water(30:70),1.0 ml/min in flow rate,the detecting wavelength was at 270 nm.Results The determination of icariin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.090 4-1.695 μg,r=0.999 9,the mean recovery was 98.6%,RSD was 1.7%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,suitable for quauity control of fhe drug.
