Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of icariin in Erxianzengjing mixture.Methods The HPLC column was sinochrom ODS-bp(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water(26∶74)at the flow rate of 0.9 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detecting wavelengt was 269 nm.Results Icariin was linear in the concentration range of 0.118-1-1.18 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 4),and the average recovery was 99.03%(RSD=0.63%,n=9).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
