Analysis on the Special Vocational Education Needs of Migrant Rural Workers in the Period of Social Transformation

Migrant rural workers are a special group in China in the period of social transition,and the key to solve the problem of migrant workers is to define their status in the market economy.At present,all levels of government are actively carrying out training of migrant workers,and the training contents are subjected by technical operation.Although the direct effect is obvious,the social problems caused by the migrant workers integrating into city is increasingly prominent.Therefore,it should be based on the identity of farmers in social transformation period,starting from the performance technology to analyze the special requirements for vocational education of migrant workers.The special education demands of rural workers have three dimensions of technicality,professionalism and development.
