Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of doxofylline in treating acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 80 patients of AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients of AECOPD were treated with doxofylline 0.2,ivgtt,qd for 7 Day and conventional therapy.Other 40 patients were treated with theophylline 0.25,ivgtt,q.d for 7 day and conventional therapy. Results The total response rate was 92.5% and 72.5% for treatment group and comparison group respectively(P0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found in two groups. Conclusion Doxofylline can effectively improve AECOPD patients symptoms and has fewer adverse reactions.
