Abstract
Objective: To observe the Doxofylline the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical efficacy.Methods: were randomly divided into Doxofylline treatment group and the general treatment of the two groups,respectively Doxofylline and aminophylline infusion observed effect.Results: in the treatment group were significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion: Doxofylline the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease than aminophylline,aminophylline is safe and effective alternative medicine,it is worth clinical application.
