Clinical observation of Integrative Medicine for treating 60 cases with chronic gastritis

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect on traditional Chinese combined with western medicine therapy used in chronic gastritis.METHODS 112 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups,the use of oral omeprazole,amoxicillin and metronidazole therapy,the drug combination treatment group adopted the stomach capsule temperature treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment were compared.RESULTS Treatment group 60 cases,31 cases were cured,markedly effective in 23 cases,6 cases,efficiency 90.00%;The control group 52 cases,16 cases were cured,effective in 22 cases,ineffective in 14 cases,cure rate of 73.08%;The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than Control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.4762,P=0.0238).CONCLUSION Omeprazole,amoxicillin and metronidazole combined with temperature based on the treatment of chronic gastritis,gastric Capsule has received very good results.
