Abstract

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of treatment for chronic gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine and 14 days sequential therapy. Method:112 cases of chronic gastritis were randomly divided into control group 57 cases and treatment group 55 cases. The control group was treated with Omeprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin and tinidazole. The treatment group was treated with Xiaochaihu Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction on the basis of the control group's treatment. Result:Total effective rate in treatment group was 96.5% and that of the control group was 83.6%. There were significant differences between the two groups(P0.05). Treatment group and control group's HP eradicate rates were 93.0% and 74.5% respectively with significant differences(P0.05). After treatment, two groups were reduced in symptom integral and the treatment group's was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.01). Conclusion:The integrative medicine therapy of chronic gastritis has good curative effect.
