Integrative Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of the integrated treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods Totally 240 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group of 120 cases with conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group of 120 cases in the conventional therapy,dialectical treatment using traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment lasted 4 weeks.Results Control group 120 cases,45 cases markedly effective,50 cases effective,25 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 79.17%;treatment group 120 cases,60 cases markedly effective,effective 56 cases,ineffective 4 cases,total effective rate 96.67%.Difference between two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Combination treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has obvious effect.
