Abstract
Objectives To study the effects of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy for coagulation system in patients. Methods Sixty patients were divided into the laparoscopic surgery (N1 group) and laparotomy (N2 group) groups with 30 in each group. The plasm prothrombin time (PT),activated partial throm boplastic time (APTT) and fibrinogen (FIB) in serum from venous blood at 24 h and 48 h after operation were measured by STA-Compact automated coagulation analyzer. Results The contents of PT,APTT decreased and FIB increased markedly at 24 h and 48 h postoperatively in both N1and N2 groups (P 0.05),but there were no significant difference between N1and N2 groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Both laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy made coagulation stata vary significantly, but there was no evidence showed that laparoscopic surgery caused less effects on Deep Venous Thrombosis than laparotomy in patients.
