Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Daidzein on some blood biochemical indices in exercise training rats. Methods The content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),Glutamic-oxalacetic Transaminase(GOT),Glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT),the of Malondialdehyde(MDA),blood sugar(BS) in serum and Hemoglobin(Hb) in blood were determined and analyzed in rats after swimming training. Results Compared with control group, the activity of SOD and the content of BS enhanced consequently, the activities of GOT,GPT and the content of MDA increased evidently in swimming training group;the activity of SOD and the contents of BS and Hb increased evidently, while the content of MDA and the activities of GOT,GPT decreased evidently in swimming training and treated SI groups. Conclusion Daidzein could scavenge lipid peroxidation produced in training and increase the contents of BS and Hb.
