Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Daidzein on some blood biochemical indices of exercise training rats. Methods:The content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),the of Malondialdehyde(MDA),Hemoglobin(Hb) in blood were determined and analyzed in rats after swimming training. Results:The results showed that comparing with control group, the activity of SOD enhanced consequently, the activities of MDA increased evidently in swimming training group;the activity of SOD and Hb increased evidently, while the content of MDA evidently in swimming training. Conclusion:Daidzein could delete lipid peroxide produced in training.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
