Abstract

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of soybean isoflavones(SI) on some blood biochemical indicates of exercise training rats.MethodsThe activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutamic-oxalacetic Transaminase(GOT),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT),the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),blood sugar(BS) in serum and hemoglobin(Hb) in blood were determined and analyzed in rats after swimming training.ResultsThe results showed that compared with control group, the activity of SOD and the lever of BS enhanced consequently, the activities of GOT、GPT and the content of MDA increased evidently in swimming training group(P0.05);the activity of SOD and the content of BS and Hb increased evidently(P0.05;P0.01;P0.05),while the content of MDA and the acitivity of GOT、GPT decreased evidently(P0.05)in swimming training and SI treated groups.ConclusionSI eliminates lipid peroxide produced in training and increases the contents of BS and Hb.
