Clinical effect analysis on laparoscopic myomectomy in 46 cases

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect and the indications of laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:The retrospective study was carried out in 46 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy(laparoscopic group,n=46)and 53 patients undergoing transab-dominal myomectomy(open group,n=55).The intra and post operative conditions were compared.Rusults:There was no siginificant differ-ence in patients characters between two groups.The intraoperation blood loss in the laparoscopic group was(73.2±25.1ml)less than that in the open group[(88.3±16.8)ml],hospitalization time were[(4.8±0.7)d] less than that in the open group[(6.1±1.4)d],anus exhaust time[(0.7± 0.5)d]was less than that in the open group [(1.8±0.8)d],and the difference was significant.Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy as mini-mally invasive,surgery is a safe and effective operation.
