Comparison of laparoscopic myomectomy versus transabdominal myomectomy

Objectives:To explore the application value of laparoscopic myomectomy in gynecologic field.Methods:The clinical data of the 28 patients receiving laparoscopic myomectomy(N1 group) and 28 patients transabdominal myomectomy(N2 group) were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The mean operative time and blood loss were(102.26±24.02)min and(90.11±45.28)mL in N1 group respectively,while(78±27.32)min and(165.35±77.32) mL in N2 group respectively(P0.05).The mean time of resuming normal temperature after operation was(1.16±1.01)d in N1group and(2·86±1·19)d in N2 group(P0.05).In N1 group,the mean hospitalization after operation was(5.54±1.52)d,while(9.28±1.53)d in N2 group(P0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy is safe and effective,which is deserved to be advocated in some proper cases.
