Abstract
Objective To explore effects of creatine phosphate sodium and energy mixture in the treatment of myocardial injury in newborns with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 106 cases of newborns with myocardial injury of hyperbilirubinemia admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital from January,2013 to July,2014 were randomly divided into control group(54 cases) and observation group(52 cases). Both groups were given the same comprehensive treatment. Based on the comprehensive treatment, the control group was given extra energy mixture by intravenous drip once a day for 7 days( one course of treatment),and the observation group was added 0. 5 g of creatine phosphate sodium mixed with 20 ml of 5% glucose by intravenous drip once a day for 7 days( one course of treatment). The therapeutic effects of both groups were observed. And changes of myocardial enzyme, troponin T( c Tn T) and QT dispersion( QTd) before and after treatment were compared between groups. Results After treating for one course of treatment, difference of therapeutic effects of both groups was statistically significant( P 0. 05),therapeutic effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group. 6 index values included creatine kinase( CK),lactate dehydrogenase( LDH),aspartate aminotransferase( AST),creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB( CK-MB),c Tn T and QTd of both groups significantly recovered after treatment( P 0. 01),and those of the observation group recovered more significantly than those of the control group( P 0. 01). No adverse reactions were found in both groups during the treatment. Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium has better curative effect than energy mixture in the treatment of myocardial injury in newborns with hyperbilirubinemia, without obvious adverse reactions. Thus,it is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
