Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of myocardial damage in newborns. Methods 79 neonates with newborn's myocardial damage admitted in Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from December, 2011 to December, 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=40) and the control group(n=39). Both groups were given the same therapeutic regimen, in addition, the experimental group was given creatine phosphate sodium for injection. The changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum and ECG before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results After 7 days of treatment, the children's myocardial enzyme spectrum [(creatine kinase(CK) 424.1±61.1, creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) 45.0±23.9, lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) 238±135, hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase( HBDH) 67.5±141.2]decreased significantly as compare with that before treatment(P0.05); the marked improvement rate and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 65.0% and 90%, respectively, which was higher than that of the control group, respectively(P0.05). Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium has significant effect in treatment of newborn's myocardial damage, which can protect the newborn's myocardial damage, promote the recovery of myocardial tissue and cardiac function, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
