Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of creatine phosphate sodium injection on treating myocardial damage due to neonatal asphyxia. Method 74 newborns with myocardial damage due to neonatal asphyxia who were treated in our hospital from August 2011 to September 2013 were chosen as research objects and randomly divided into treatment group( n = 38) and control group( n = 38).Both two groups were treated with conventional treatment. Besides conventional treatment, the treatment group was administrated with creatine phosphate sodium intravenously,0. 5 g,qd,and 7 days as a course. The change of symptoms, physical signs,CK- MB and e TnⅠ were observed during the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 97. 4% in the treatment group and 71. 1% in the control group( P 0. 01). The improvement of symptoms after treatment,CK- MB and e TnⅠ in the treatment group were all superior to those in the control group( P 0. 01). Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium has remarkable effect on on the treatment of myocardial damage due to neonatal asphyxia, worthy to be popularized.
