Abstract
Objective To investigate the pathological bacteria and their drug-resistance of urinary tract infection. Methods The bacteria and their drug-resistance of 1500 patients with urinary tract infection were state and analysisretro-spectively. Results One hundred and sixty-five strains were cultured, the most pathological bacteria were garm-negative bacilli, Escherichiacoli(62.4% ),Proteus(6.7% ) ,Klebsiella(4.2% ) , while gram-positive cocci was epidermis Staphylococcus (3. 6%) . The resistance rates of the great number of the bacteria to Floxacin were higher than 63% . Conclusion It is neccesarry to culture the pathological bacteria and drug-resistance before treanment of urinary tract infection.
