Abstract
Objective: To investigate distribution of pathogens and antibiotic resistant state in urinary tract infection in men. Methods: Distribution and antibiotics sensitivity test of pathogens in 152 cases of urinary tract infection in men were analyzed. Results: 169 pathogens isolated from 152 patients ,Gram-negative bacilli accounted for 61.54%,with 31.95% of Colon bacilli. Gram-positive Cocci accounted for 18.34%,Fungi accounted for 20.12%.The resistance rate to antibiotics of pathogens had increasing tendency. Conclusion: Colon bacilli is still the major pathogen in urinary tract infection in men ,but there is a tendency toward increased proportion of Gram-positive cocci and fungi. Clinical doctors should pay attention to antibiotics resistance of bacteria in urinary tract infection and choice antibiotics reasonable under the guidance of anti-microbial sensitivity test.
